Mr. Jacob has served as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 since 1994 and has conducted audits across all four major revisions of the standard. He joined the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) upon becoming an IRCA Registered Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and a PECB-certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001.
