With over 20 years of expertise in ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS), Dianne has supported businesses across multiple industries improve compliance and operational excellence. As the owner and Principal Consultant at Infinity Consulting, she specializes in:
- Supporting the implementation of Quality Management Systems
- Developing, reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Designing forms and checklists for operational efficiency
- Conducting quality audits and providing compliance support
- Delivering specific ISO 9001 training
- ACTT Quality Documentation
Her expertise spans various industries, including manufacturing, shipping, telecommunications, engineering, insurance, education and government agencies.
Dianne’s career began in the methanol industry, where she served as a Materials Supervisor, managing procurement, tenders, contracts and vendor relations. With 18 years of experience leading ISO 9001 initiatives, she played a pivotal role in implementing ISO standards for the AUM Facility and facilitating the rollout of a company-wide integrated computerized system. Her responsibilities also included:
- Process documentation
- Establishing KPIs and tracking employee performance
- Conducting internal QMS audits and monitoring compliance
- Managing non-conformances and corrective actions
- Providing training for cross-functional teams
In 2021, Dianne further expanded her knowledge by completing the Credit Union Member Services & Operations Certificate at the Cipriani College of Labour & Co-operative Studies, thereby gaining deeper insights into credit union operations, history and culture.

PASSIONS BEYOND CONSULTING
Beyond her professional work, Dianne is deeply committed to service and sustainability. She is an active member of the Glimmer of Hope Foundation, a local charity in Trinidad and Tobago. She also advocates recycling and environmental sustainability and she also has a keen interest in photography.
